AERIAL Gymnastics COMPETITIVE TEAMS

At AGC, we strive to encourage and develop confident and driven athletes at all levels. The AGC Team mission is to develop self-disciplined, motivated, dedicated, and confident athletes that can apply these traits to everyday life. Our team staff is committed to building the whole athlete.
XCEL PROGRAM
Our AGC Xcel Program was developed to provide an opportunity for our recreational gymnasts to compete while still having the time for other sports or activities. The Xcel Program is the perfect option for those looking for a flexible commitment.
AGC Excel Team is a full year commitment for gymnasts ages 7 years or older. Xcel Team members train 4-9 hours a week and compete in 6-7 competitions throughout the season.
Pre-Team:
Non-competitive Team. Performs in our annual Air Show.
Bronze & Silver Teams:
Competes in 6 local competitions plus State.
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Teams:
Competes in 5 local competitions plus State and Regionals, if they qualify.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our AGC Development Program was created with the intent of offering a unique opportunity for aspiring gymnasts who seek to devote their extracurricular time to gymnastics and compete at an advanced level.
AGC Development Program Team is a full year commitment. Team members train between 6-20 hours a week and compete in 6-7 competitions throughout the season.
Developmental Levels 1-3:
Compete in 6 local competitions. Level 3 competes at state.
Compulsory Levels 4-5:
Compete in 5 local competitions plus Sectionals and State.
Optional Levels 6-10:
Compete in 5 local competitions plus Sectionals, State and Regionals.
