Monthly Tuition Q & A
✈️Only students who are participating in class are allowed beyond the spectator areas.
✈️ Parents and other observers must remain in the spectator areas. As a courtesy to the teachers, please do not talk to or distract students during their class.
✈️ Parents/guardians who bring small children with them are responsible for seeing that they remain in the spectator areas with their parent/guardian. AGC cannot be responsible for accidents or injuries to unattended children. Please keep your children from climbing on the chairs, tables, benches, and fence.
✈️ Please avoid eating snacks during class and bring a water bottle. No gum allowed.
✈️ If your child is feeling ill or has been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please do not attend class. AGC will refund your class tuition or issue a credit for a missed class due to illness or covid exposure.
In order to keep your gymnast safe, please adhere to the following guidelines:
✈️ Boys: Wear elastic waist shorts or sweats and a snug T-shirt.
✈️ Girls: A leotard is the preferred attire. Elastic waist shorts or leggings and a snug T-shirt may also be worn.
✈️ No jewelry of any kind is to be worn during workout.
✈️ Gymnasts must arrive wearing shoes and must practice with clean bare feet.
✈️ Long hair should be placed in a low ponytail to minimize distraction and maximize safety.
✈️ Students must always keep their hands to themselves. ✈️ Students should arrive prior to the actual start of class and check in at the front desk. ✈️ Students should speak to their fellow classmates, teachers, and AGC staff in a kind and respectful way. ✈️ Student having problems or difficulties should tell the teacher right away. If a child is unable
to follow directions and the safety procedures during class, the parent/guardian will need to
assist their child in class until he/she is able to participate independently.
✈️ Students should tell the teacher when they need to use the bathroom, especially when
potty training.
Tuition will be billed on the 1st of each month. All tuition is fully refundable within the first month of classes if dissatisfied or not a good fit. There are no account holds/breaks/pauses, only discontinue of classes. AGC does not offer any trial classes.
AGC offers a 10% sibling discount for all classes and camps.
Additional classes will also receive a 10% discount.
Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Use a parking space and walk your child to and from class. Please do not park in the red zone and obey all posted signs. Please do not double park. Parent/guardian must be present in the gym for students ages 5 and under.
All classes for students ages 3-6 year old is a 6:1 Ratio.
All classes for students ages 7+ year old is a 7:1 ratio.
If your child misses a class, a makeup token will be issued on your account. Makeup tokens
never expire, non-refundable, and have no monetary value.
To schedule a makeup, log on to the parent portal or call the office up to two weeks in advance.
If a makeup class is missed, the makeup token will not be refunded. Please call to cancel your
makeup prior to the start of class.
When classes are full, you can add your student to a waitlist through the parent portal. There are no charges to be placed on a waitlist. Once a spot has opened, you will be notified by either email, text or phone call. Parents/guardians have 24 hours to respond to the open class notification before we move on to the next student.

With our new added classes, you can schedule a makeup on another day. Makeup tokens never expire and must be scheduled in advance. Makeups may be scheduled prior to your missed class or any time after. You may request a makeup in the parent portal or by notifying the office.

Tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month. If you plan on taking a discontinuing, please let us know before the 1st of the month.
AGC operates on an annual calendar, January-December. Class tuition rates are based on an average of 4 lessons per month. Most months will have 4 lessons. However, a few months will have 3 or 5. Over the course of a year, each class averages 4 lessons per month. This keeps things simple and easy to manage for everyone. Makeup tokens will not be issued for scheduled closures.

You may use makeup tokens as an active or inactive student for classes, Open Play, and Single Day Camps.
New students can be placed on up to 3 waitlists at a time.
Students who are currently enrolled in a class will only be allowed on 1 waitlist for a schedule or age transfer.
Waitlists differ for each class. Some are longer than others. Enrollment depends on when a spot becomes available; a current student either drops, transfers, or ages out of a class. Please be patient as waitlists may take up to a few months before a new student can be enrolled.
Students who are currently in a class and want to switch to another day and time (same level) can do so if there is open availability in the transfer class. If not, the student will need to be placed on a waitlist.
All classes are designated by age group. Once a student reaches the maximum age limit for their class, he/she will need to be transferred to a different class that meets the new age requirements. Students are not automatically moved to a new class once they have aged out.
Parents/guardians must enroll or place their child/children on a waitlist for the new class.
Evaluations by the coaches in classes are on-going throughout the year. Parents will be notified once a coach feels a student is ready to move up in levels. Enrollment for advanced level classes are by coach approval only. If an upper-level class is full, that student will be placed on a waitlist.
